Purpose-built solutions for unusual engineering problems. Technical details are limited while I seek management approval to publish screenshots and deeper case studies.
A complete replacement for an obsolete, unavailable controller. Built around a Siemens S7-1200, TP700 HMI and analogue input module, with remote operation and functions designed specifically for testing-facility and simulation work.
A Node.js dashboard for scenario-based Modbus TCP and RTU device simulation, used to test software and firmware behaviour on high-value Siemens-based chiller control panels.
A full chiller sensor and I/O emulator for a Sabroe UniSAB 4. It reproduces multiple chiller configurations, live responses, faults and operating scenarios—without needing a physical chiller connected.
